Trustworthy. This is my second time working with Daniel Henzler. We were really happy with Daniel Henzler and his team. The were knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and everything ran pretty smoothly. We sold our home in just a little over 2 weeks of listing it!

When we needed repairs, they had folks they work with at a reasonable rate and it all quickly got done. Mr. Henzler is really good at assessing the market and pricing a home according to the market, upgrades, etc. His team were always on top of everything, too.

The only thing that I would suggest is more bilingual materials and/or staff for open houses and showings, since 29% of the population in Brandon, Fl is Hispanic. We did have a family that came to an open house and could not provide feedback verbally nor in writing since the surveys were only in English.

Can't Recommend Enough - Hardest Working Team. Dan and his team went above and beyond to do a fantastic job not just selling my house but also preparing the house to be sold. The Henzler team worked so hard making sure everything was ready and making sure we got top dollar. The house was an estate sale after the unfortunate passing of a family member. Dan and his team were on the ground when I was hours away and could not take care of the house. They helped me make sure there were no issues in the house, everything was working properly, helped me with junk removal, repairs and so much more. They even laid out money for some of the work that needed to be done. The Henzler team treated me like family and could care of my home like it was there own, even when I couldn't be there. Great communication as well. Any time morning or night you needed someone they were there.

Great Service from Start Through Finish . We could not have been happier with our purchase experience. Barb helped our daughter find her home, and did a great job, so we were happy to have her help us too. Our challenge was timing, we’re retired and needed all the proceeds from our sale to make the transition.
Barb recognized that we were going to need more time to get under contract before we could seriously search….so she helped us decide on where and what type of layout would work best. Our sale took much longer than we anticipated, but Barb never stopped looking and provided us with consistent information about specific homes and markets.
Once we got a sale contract, we were totally ready to look seriously and found our perfect home. Even when we had some bumps in the road to closing, she kept all stakeholders informed to insure nothing prevented us from closing on time.

He has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market. The team that he has assembled at Keller Williams Suburban Tampa is very helpful in getting things done.

Dan has a network of many people who can help to get a house ready to sell and close the deal. They include title companies, handymen, locksmiths, junk haulers, carpet cleaners, lawn care comanies, tree trimmers, house cleaners, and others. Dan knows them all and how to get the best deals. The vendors he knows do a great job and often very quickly at reasonable prices.

If you want to sell a house in his service area, you would be wise to hire Dan Henzler along with his wonderful team.

The Henzler Team provided quick and stress free help in selling my home start to finish. From the initial visit, staging the home, listing and advertising, I was confident my home was being marketed in the best manner.
