The Serralles Group is the company to do business with. God knows I had no idea how I was going to help my grandfather overcome such a tremendous fight to live out his life in his home he built with his own hands . Mr. Seralles and his assistant Heiress fought for us like we were all family. I'm forever grateful to them for every time they met us outside of business hours, made phone calls an hunt down people to stay on task on behalf of my grandfather. Mr. Seralles & Heiress are hard working people. I was skeptical when he stated he really want to help out the Bay Area. This dude is sincere and I hope God enlarges his business to help out other families who have no clue how to be a shark in this ocean of legal terms that can lead to homelessness without a gem like him & Heiress.

I rent a house from this company and I have had nothing but problems. The water doesn’t go down in the kitchen sink, and when it does in goes on the floor. If I plunge the toilet the sewage comes up the bathtub drain. When I go in the backyard there is a pipe that is overflowing with sewage, fecal matter, and used toilet paper. I have made the company very aware of the problem but no one has come over to fix it.

I had the pleasure of working with Heiress Pearse of The Serralles Group. My experience with Heiress was very enjoyable. She is very professional and top notch in her profession.
Heiress worked extremely hard making sure that as a client, I was informed from the beginning of the process to the very end.
Heiress is the type of realtor that goes above and beyond for her clients. In this sellers market, Heiress and I must have seen 15 to 20 homes and as I was going insane, Heiress kept reinforcing me to hang in there, because we were going to find a home to fit my needs.
If house hunting in this market wasn’t challenging enough, during the home buying process my son’s car was hit and totaled and because my deal was still active and in underwriting, I could not move around any money from one account to the next. I could not go out and make a huge car purchase until after closing. I then gave my personal car to my son who is away in college for his transportation needs. I a now without a car until this transaction is over. Luckily I work from home but then closing day came……
When closing day finally arrived, Heiress picked me up and drove me to my closing, which was in the next county and drove me back home and because I did not received my keys on closing. Heiress drove back to the title company again to grab the keys and bring them to me in the next county.
Though I could have taken an Uber or a Lift Heiress was there to help me To me that meant a lot. It’s a small thing that speaks volumes to the type of service you will received with Heiress as your realtor and the type of person she is because anyone else may not have done that.
She even presented me with celebration gift.

I recently signed a 1year lease on: 01/14/2022 for property address: 2310 N HIGHLAND AVE. TAMPA FL 33602 with landlord Mr. Edward Serralles (Serralles group) of: 2322 N HIGHLAND AVE TAMPA FL 33602. Only to find that this apartment unit is "Termite Infested" and completely uninhabitable. Mr. Seralles refuses to do anything about it other than perform a basic insect fumigation of my unit which was already done last month. The reattempt that was done by Mr. serralles was unsuccessful and now the infestation has gotten much worse. I have been forced to sleep in my car and stay in hotels since the last 2 weeks of last month to current: 06/14/2022.

I have several pictures of the infestation and screenshots of text messages with Mr. Serralles admittng being aware of the preexisting termite issue and refusing to do nothing about it going on to say it's not within his budget to make his apartment unit safe and habitable for his tenants. Prior to this current situation that I am now dealing with (me now having to sleep in my car) I had 3 termite Company's come out and evaluate and confirm this infestation was preexisting of My signing a 1year lease on 01/14/2022 to which I have certified documentation verifying it.

To sum matters up, the apartment building is unsafe, uninhabitable and certainly not within (building code) for any and all tenants who reside here. Mr. Serralles who is aware of this termite infestation, still knowingly and willingly entered into a 1year lease agreement with me, accepted My down payment of $4550.00 (first and last, security deposit and pro rate
of rent) for this uninhabitable apartment unit and refuses to take the proper and necessary measures to eradicate this serious Termite issue. Also now experiencing respiratory with the possibility of mold being present in My unit.

Currently having no other place to reside at, I am withholding rent as per FL. STATUE: 83.51(1). Now he has filed an eviction notice against me.

The Seralles Group and its propery building of 2322 N Highland ave needs to be thoroughly investigated regarding; the implied warranty of habitability that florida tenants are guaranteed to a livable rental without serious hazards or dangerous conditions and also bringing this building up to code for all current and future tenants.

A total waste of time. Eddie doesn't even have the business sense to be upfront and honest. No wonder he lost $10 million dollars. Run, don't walk away. Chris, in his office, never showed up for my appointment. They are a bunch of losers!

The Serralles Group literally rented out a shed as a separate residence in the back of a property in my neighborhood. They installed a kitchnette (unpermitted) and they had a separate electric meter for the shed that the City ordered them to remove (but they did not). Eventually, they transferred ownership to one of their employees, who did the exact same thing. They recently sold that property advertised as a multi-unit. The Serralles Group are slum lords.
