By way of an update to my post above, Chris closed the sale of my final lot; the successful completion of a 5 year subdivision project. I have gotten to know Chris and her staff extremely well (since 2016) and could not be happier with her performance. Her dedication to resolving the myriad of issues arising from the subdivision process in Calvert County was magnificent and something I have enormous respect for… As I stated last year, there is no more professional real estate agent in southern Maryland than Chris McNelis.
