Best architects in Baltimore. These people win an award every single year for one of their buildings. They also have a construction division and can do complete build outs. One stop shop if needed. They specialize in historic tax credits

Mike and Pat and their team provide excellent customer service, are highly skilled in their business, and know how to add value to a project. They consistently communicate well and provide an understanding of local permitting and team collaboration which is critical to a successful project. Highly recommend them for any work especially involving projects in which historical industrial land is being redeveloped and land restoration is part of the project.
