I live next to a property where the tax records show Steven Cornblatt as the owner. He is a Principal at this company. To be clear, I am not sure if this property is personally owned by Mr. Cornblatt or if it is owned by Trout Daniel & Associates (see update below).

I had an issue where someone was on my property and I asked them why they were on my property. They explained they were doing work on the house next door. I asked he if thought he should have asked to be on my property before coming onto it and the contractor went nuclear. He was cursing at me, calling me all sorts of names, and just being incredibly rude and somewhat threatening. I found this shocking behavior for someone who was trespassing and reached out to Mr. Cornblatt to express my concern and to try to get the name of the business doing work on the property. I honestly thought I would be helping him by telling him about this situation because the contractor seemed like a terrible person and I would think they would want to reconsider using this contractor.

Mr. Cornblatt was very hesitant to speak with me but he eventually did call me. While talking to him on the phone he was very condescending and said, "I don't care that much" and "this is not my highest priority". I get that this property is just a rental to him but this is where I live and he obviously did not care about my situation and what his contractors were doing on my property. He said the name of the company was some sort of sheet metal company. I couldn't find them anywhere and it was HVAC work being done so I think he was lying. I asked for their contact information and he refused to give the contact information. I am assuming the contractors are through Trout Daniel & Associates as he referred to the contractor as "my guy" (see update below).

I would be very skeptical of this company and the principal who works here.

Update: As I said above I can not prove if this property is a personal property of Mr. Cornblatt's or if the contractors were through Trout Daniel. Trout Daniel claims this is Mr. Cornblatt's personal property and personal contractors. I can not prove this otherwise so I will take them at their word. But it is very strange that he refuses to give out the name of the contractor if they aren't associated with this company. Contrary to the owners reply he did NOT provide the contact information. I added a photo of the last texts I had with him where I was asking for the company name, contact information, website. Not surprised he lied about this to his company. I was hoping this review would allow him one more opportunity to do the right thing and provide the name and contact information of the company trespassing on my property. So far this has not happened. Not shocking considering how he treated me while we spoke on the phone.

Considering this company's industry, and the fact that Mr. Cornblatt is a principal here, I still think this review is relevant.
