I cannot say enough good things about Hayes Construction! Jeff Murphy was my project manager and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE THRILLED. Jeff walked me through the process of restoring my home after a fire in December the first day I met him. Every single thing he said that day is exactly how my experience went. Jeff is knowledgeable about construction and restoration but, most importantly to me, he is knowledgeable about the insurance process. I felt as though I had an advocate and a teammate in this ordeal from the day Jeff stepped into my home. He was open and honest and never led me astray. Jeff answered every phone call, email, and text I sent right away or within minutes (no matter the time or day 🤦🏼‍♀️) I truly felt like I got to work with an experienced friend rather than a business consultant. My husband and I are so pleased with the work and how our home turned out. It’s more beautiful than we could have imagined and the best part is I know it was done RIGHT. Hayes does not cut corners and wants to leave every job in pristine condition. In addition, Jeff got to know our family and I really felt like he was invested in our future and our rebuild as people, not just our physical property.
I also had the pleasure of working with Kevin McShane in the mitigation and cleaning of our property. Kevin was a wealth of knowledge about fire science and explained precautions we needed to take that no one else mentioned to us. From the first day we met Kevin he also felt like a caring friend. We have many acquaintances in common and we bonded over the age of our children. I knew that I could trust Kevin to take care of our property with the same care we would. He helped us with decision making and was also an amazing advocate for with our insurance adjuster.
I can’t thank Jeff and Kevin enough. If Hayes employs guys like this, they must be a company anyone would be thrilled with!

This company has done my grandmother Alyce's house recently. She was very pleased with Rob working on her house. He was very respectful and extremely nice. He did an excellent job fixing her basement. She says he deserves a huge raise and would definitely hire him again to more work if any is needed.

Worst company i have ever dealt with.My dishwater sprung a leak a year ago so we decided to call Hayes construction because they had great reviews and was the worse decision every. Make a long story short i have been dealing with them since October 4th 2020 and kept us on the hook saying we are waiting for cabinets from Lowe’s and it is now July 21st 2021. We would have to contact them if we wanted answers and would always say they are still waiting on cabinets. So today I text again asking for answers. Finally text back saying the cabinets would take another 18 to 24 weeks so we should just go with another company. We even tried to work with them by changing our cabinets to something that was in stock but he still said just go with another company. Kept us on the hook for a year with the kitchen torn up just to say we can’t do it. I never heard anything from this company unless i text them first tried to be understanding with Covid and shipping delays. I was told this is all Lowe’s fault and Lowe’s dropped the ball and Lowe’s couldn’t provide us with the cabinets we wanted for another 6 months. LUCKY TO GET ONE STAR

Hayes just remodeled our master bath and did a fantastic job. We have used them many times over the last 15 years and they always deliver quality work at a competitive price. The crews arrive punctually, work a complete shift and clean up at the end of every day. They are polite and professional. The project manager Steve is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and very realistic with his cost estimates and timelines.

I have now used Hayes twice. Do yourself and your home a favor and call this company. Jeff Murphy and his team- AJ/ Terry have always set my mind at ease and their professionalism is unmatched in this industry. They treat your home and family with absolute respect- they put drop cloths down, cleaned up every bit of debris and answered every question I had. They were scheduled for a specific time for this second repair and they were ALWAYS ON TIME- a few minutes early in fact. I am in no way related to this company but they will remain my #1 call for work on my home that I cannot handle.

Hayes construction did a wonderful job in restoring my basement to its original condition! Jeff ,the project manager ,was wonderful to work with. Any problems or issues were quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

I used this company to build a front porch over hand (the roof area) and add a new vinyl railing. The project was done on time and for a reasonable price. I received estimates from multiple companies and Hays was right in the middle. However, I think the quality could have been a little better. It's not that big of a deal, but some of the post caps weren't straight, and the glue/caulking was a little sloppy.

First they did an emergency repair on our roof after a severe storm and then they were on great assistance dealing with our insurance company and getting a new roof over our house. We are grateful.
