My husband and I met Lisa when we rented as she was the lead contact for our landlord, she checked in on us and even gave us a heads up about our landlord not renewing our lease well in advance. At that time, she then became our realtor. She got us seeing homes and a lender/approval within a day of us saying "let's try to buy". During the process, she answered all our questions with validity and explained to us the process. She was able to negotiate some buyer help for closing costs. Lisa and her team were great to work with, plus they have a rolodex (figurative one) of high quality individuals who also help along the way (lenders, escrow team, plumbers, electricians, inspectors, and a roofing guy to name a few).
