Called to get a quote for a land survey for a real estate client. The first young lady was pleasant, asked some questions and put me on hold. Another woman picked up the holding call and I repeated that I was calling because I need some land surveyed. The lady was actually rude in asking her questions as if I was bothering her versus trying to give them business. She asked me where was the property located, I gave her the city and she said be more specific, so I stated it wasn't in a subdivision and again as I have wasted her time, she responded "we wouldn't be interested". In this business it's not what you say, but how you stated and this 2nd woman was EXTREMELY rude
