Melissa Westerlund is amazing! My partner and I were looking for a house in Baltimore City. Although it’s not her area, she made sure we saw all the houses in a day and in a very organized manner. If you are renting your house or apartment, don't use this agent. They only take your money and offer very low quality service. The tenants may make a mess out of your apartment and your agent will let them go for nothing, and you ended up have to spend a lot of money of your own to repair and clean up. And they will say that it is your responsibility.
