We interviewed 5 potential agents to sell our Baltimore home. Marcia arrived for her interview professionally dressed and prepared with comps (great comps that emphasized my property value and didn't undervalue for a quick sale), a plan of action and milestones, and most of all, she had ENERGY. After our first meeting, it took us 3 weeks to prepare the home for the big move and make necessary repairs. During that time, Marcia networked with the other agents that it was coming soon.
