Leasing agents take no responsibility for giving false information. I’m out $1500 because the leasing agent said it was the responsibility of the owner of the property to paint over scuffs on the walls. Leasing agent said the apartment was in excellent shape when I was moving out and shouldn’t have a problem with deposit. Also took 2 months to get deposit back after moving out, very little communication or problem solving with the leasing agent.

Great Company! Over 60 plus hours a week trainings, collaboration with agents across the globe, love their mentor program to help new agents build a great foundation to their business. Fun, community environment and they offer multiple streams of income to alleviate the pressure of only selling real estate to make a living. I've been at multiple brokerages and this by far has been the best!

eXp Realty Maryland as a company offers excellent training to agents, closes out transactions super fast and does not charge an arm and leg in fees.
Keep in mind that every agent may not work well with every client. Be sure to select an agent that you understand well and can get along with. eXp Realty Maryland has well over 1400 agents and continues to grow -so if you do not get along well with one eXp agent it is easy to replace them with one that you do get along with.

I’m a licensed realtor with EXP Maryland. It’s the 3rd brokerage I’ve hanged my license, and by far the best. The associate brokers and payment processors are on point and are most of the time immediately available for anything. Our seasoned and new agents have good camaraderie and often rely on each other’s expertises or experiences to answer RE questions before harassing our brokers lol. And although we all work from our own offices, we find time to get together whether for learning or bonding.

A bunch of incompetent and unprofessional agents. Avoid like a plague -Covid-19. 3 days to closing you can just have your contracts cancelled because agents disagree and have quarrels. Utter disregard for clients.
Definitely never touch Brittany Bolling. Time waster and incompetent.
Poor customer care, unprofessional and do not know what they are doing here. Run for your life ,they waste your time,
money and efforts.
No buyer or seller should be made to suffer loss due to agent's incompetence or personal issues.

One of their realtors, JUANITA A MATTHEWS, hired our company. We performed the work, billed her $250 and have been chasing her since July 2023. A realtor that is avoiding paying a $250 bill with no reason other than hoping we will give up and stop insisting, is a disgrace to the profession and to the brokerage she works at. I wouldn't trust her or her brokerage with selling my doll house, nevertheless, my home.
