PLEASE BE ADVISED: Hill Management as a property management team has failed to comply with simple safety measures at their property. I spent the last 7 hrs repairing damages to my vehicle due to Hill property Management failing to properly remove a boulder from the street at the entrance of their rolling rd property. The property shares a driveway with the local 7/11 which I was a patron of when the accident occurred. Per bill management team, A boulder was hit into the street by a freight vehicle on their property. Management was aware of boulder being in the street but did not practice proper safety measures to put cones out or notifying motorist about the immediate danger at the entrance of their property. The management personnel was on scene and admitted to witnessing my vehicle hit the boulder. The Hill management technician did admit that they had knowledge of the boulder being in the street because of the tow/freight vehicle hitting and dragging the boulders on the property some time before. The technician sat at the scene to notify hill management after my accident. He then decided 10 mins after my accident to put out cones finally to secure the danger zone presented to motorist by the boulder. I did not have the luxury of that precaution due to the slow response of this property management team until an accident occurred. Once i called hill management, the property assistant manager ( Kirsten) explained they had no reports about the boulder even though she said moments prior that the boulder was reported to the property within the hour to resolve.. before my accident. the hill management personnel on scene told me the complete opposite as they were all aware of this hazard before my vehicle collided with the boulder. I sat for hours looking for help with my vehicle. Once my vehicle moved from the scene several hours later, hill management immediately moved the boulder from the roadway. To cover themselves; not to help prevent more harm to motorist. This boulder should’ve been removed way before it actually was. Leaving me to be responsible for the damages caused by this negligent property management team.
HILL MANAGEMENTS NEGLIGENCE TO PROVIDE SAFETY TO MOTORIST ON THEIR PROPERTY IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF TRUST, ETHICS AND SAFETY. If HILL MANAGEMENT WOULD DO THIS TO A PERFECT STRANGER IMAGINE WHAT THEY WILL DO TO YOU AS A TENANT TO COVER THEMSELVES FROM LIABILITY OF DAMAGES?

The elevator at the York Rd property has been out of order with no signs of repair. Elderly patients are forced to walk stairs because construction workers have overtaken the only remaining elevator.
