Mark made our rental decision easy. He was very professional and explained every detail. There were no surprises, and we felt that our needs were fully met. We love that our rental welcomed our two dogs, as they are part of the family, too. We would highly recommend Mark Miller to anyone!

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Keyrenter Annapolis. Any positive review on google is most likely fake. All of the negative reviews have a very common story. We entered an 18 month lease agreement and during our entire agreement they were unresponsive. I tried a handful of times to contact the management company on the phone and they never answered. My call and voicemail went unanswered more than half the time and the two times they responded was always through text ; just unprofessional. I actually only spoke on the phone with Mark twice when he called before we moved in and once with Kristine when she called from an unmarked number to confirm our move out date and I just luckily answered my phone that time. Keyrenter Annapolis also takes an excessive cleaning fee out your rental deposit once you move out, which although is ridiculous I was notified and accepted when I signed the agreement, but they also decided to take additional undisclosed fees out our rental deposit and these fees were not in the lease agreement. I’ve tried several times to contact the office to dispute and have been ignored. PLEASE BE AWARE ENTERING ANY LEASE AGREEMENT WITH A KEYRENTER ANNAPOLIS MANAGED PROPERTY.
