I met Jennifer when I was initially looking at a home she was the listing agent for. I was interested, but didn’t really know what I was doing. Despite just reaching out once asking about the house, Jennifer reached out to me personally when she knew offers were getting competitive to ensure I didn’t miss out on the opportunity. And while that home did not work out for me, I knew from that moment that Jennifer would be an incredible agent to work with to find our perfect home…and she was! Whether it was her incredible knowledge of the area or willingness to go and see any homes listed that we couldn’t see personally and record detailed videos for us, Jennifer always went above and beyond! In the end she helped us find the perfect home for the right price, guiding us along the whole way. She was always quick to respond to ANY question we had, any time of day (even on her anniversary!). From the moment my wife and I were referred to Jennifer, we knew we were in good hands. We were in a tough spot and needed to find a new home ASAP. Jennifer was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly personable and understanding.

Throughout the home search process, she was always available and scheduled showings at our earliest convenience. Her communication skills were top-notch, and we were able to communicate via email, phone, and text message. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, which made the process much smoother.

One thing that stood out to us was Jennifer's ability to connect with us on a personal level. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences and provided us with a list of potential homes that met our criteria. Her understanding of our situation made the home search process much less stressful.

Jennifer's knowledge and expertise were also impressive. She helped us identify the pros and cons of the houses we were interested in and provided us with valuable information about the area we were searching in, including local schools and amenities.
