I went searching for an apartment and came across this place. The leasing agent Alana was so personable and pleasing. She took her time answering all of my questions, toured the complex with me and was very keen on details. She listens to my needs and was able to align that with what the complex offered. She sold me on this complex and I can’t wait to be a resident.

It was a pleasure living here with a roommate and a pet! The place was quiet and peaceful, very pet friendly, and grounds were spacious too. Alana Perkins was our leasing consultant and she was exceptionally helpful. If we had questions/concerns they’d be addressed and solved. Any maintenance issues we had would get solved within a business day. The location is great when it comes to being close to grocery stores, restaurants, services, etc!

I love living at bayshore landing, it’s quiet and peaceful, beautiful environment with safe plenty parking spaces. The management and maintenance team are amazing, always ready to help. I toured earlier this week with my partner and we were both very impressed by the apartments and how welcoming the staff was. It’s a smaller property, but I love how intimate it felt.

Right now there’s nothing available for when I’m looking to move but I will be following up closer to the spring to submit an application. Hopefully there’s more availability at that time for us!

There is a lot about Bayshore that I like: great location, lovely grounds, comfortable apartment, excellent maintenance team. I'm writing, though, to warn those who are considering moving here: we've been living here over a year, and to renew our lease the rent has gone up 20%! That's a ridiculous increase compared to the Annapolis market and other apartments in our building. Also, when I've tried to clarify, it's taken them 7 weeks to respond to an email. 7 weeks! For one email!--about something as important as a lease. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. I kept thinking there must be some kind of misunderstanding, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I hope other apartment complexes in Annapolis don't treat their tenants like this.

I want to take a minute to send the leasing consultant and maintenance supervisor some well deserve props. The maintenance supervisor tried to assist while his colleague was busy. The leasing consultant was very professional and attentive. It’s not something you see everyday and I want you to know we all see you. Community first… ❤️!
