I have been wanting to post for a while but have been busy with setting up our new home. Brenden and his team were amazing. They helped us both buy and sell our home. During the sell process, Brenden gave us very good advice for things worth fixing and things not worth the trouble. We followed all of his suggestions and ended up selling at 40k above asking within 2 days of listing.
On the buy side, he was able to get us into the neighborhood we really wanted, but never thought we could compete in. He provided a great recommendation for an inspector who helped us dodge a bullet with a home that has since been under and removed from contract 3 additional times. A home that checked all the boxes came on the market and he helped us get the winning bid while still coming in under budget (and while on vacation). We ended up appraising for 40k above our purchase price.
He will tell you I questioned a couple things during the process, but his decisions were always the correct ones to make. He knew what he was doing, and me and my family are very grateful for him and his team.

Let me tell you how AMAZING this team of realtors are.
