The awakening in my forever home: If you are looking for a super pretty, modern townhome in an awesomely fun location, then you want to buy a townhome by Integrity Homes at Potomac Overlook in National Harbor, MD.
They are friendly and fun – no pushy sales here. For example, they allow you to explore the model homes at your leisure, they answer your questions and if they can’t answer them, they find out the answer and get back to you in a timely manner, and, bonus, they showcase the area via a relaxed golf cart ride, if desired!
Further, I am very pleased with the detail-oriented design and high-quality construction, and I am especially impressed with the following: 1) my exterior brick is a work of art; 2) my kitchen is glam-azing and begs for friend-filled gatherings; 3) my bath is spa serene, which, it seems, beckons candlelit, meditative dreams ; and 4) my interior, standard, wall color, an easy-going, classy, modern, metropolitan gray, is picture-hanging perfect, so I don’t need to spend my days, with piles of paint chips or color wheels, searching for the right hue. Instead, I’ll be soaking in a sunset, harbor view!

I am so lucky to find this beautiful townhome. This townhome is very convenient to go anywhere. Best location and feels like staying vacation home. My favorite is how they design the kitchen. My dog loves to go garden. Well maintained. All my neighbors are very friendly and nice. I love this community and I hope you can come and visit model homes.

Every so often, angels are sent one's way, along their path at the right time and with just the right support. In Will and Paul, the Sales Managers for Integrity Homes at the National Harbor, I found just that - two angels. This is my third new home purchase, and the second with Integrity Homes. I could not be more pleased with the process from inception to close. Both Paul and Will provided me with exceptional service from the moment I walked into the model home. They are extremely knowledgeable about the construction process, home options, and the neighborhood.

They marshaled me through what turned out to be an arduous process for various reasons unrelated to the builder. And throughout it all, they extended me grace, kindness, and solution-focused options. They are true experts and gentlemen who operate with positive energy.

I now live in my dream home with a gorgeous view, wonderful and kind neighbors, and a lovely walk to a lively and bustling downtown National Harbor. It never gets old!

The workmanship of both of my homes by Integrity has been excellent. And whenever an issue has arisen, I have found the Integrity team to be responsive, gracious, and quick to provide insight and a solution.

I had a dream and a prayer. And the Universe sent me Will and Paul and I could not be more grateful or more thankful for their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. I have never tired of the beautiful and unique design by Integrity Homes. They are a gift to me and to the region.

I am writing this review to bring to your attention the unethical and troubling experiences I have encountered while attempting to purchase a townhome from Integrity Homes.

Throughout the process, I have been subjected to deceitful practices by the sales manager at Integrity Homes. Despite my clear instructions to replicate the model home and provide me with a final price, I was misled regarding the specifications and the associated costs. It was only later, when pressured to visit the design center, that I discovered significant disparities that would result in an additional cost of approximately $150,000.

Subsequently, my interactions with the preferred lender recommended by Integrity Homes, First Heritage Mortgage, revealed exorbitant fees and a lack of transparency regarding the terms of the agreement. After much insistence, I opted to engage with my preferred lender, only to face further intimidation and unwarranted threats from the sales manager.

The most concerning issue arose when the property appraisal conducted by Navy Federal highlighted a substantial shortfall of $45,000 from the agreed-upon purchase price. Despite my reservations and financial constraints, the sales manager has resorted to coercion tactics, demanding a revised agreement by an arbitrary deadline under the threat of exorbitant penalties totaling $120,772.65.

I am appalled by the lack of integrity and professionalism displayed by Integrity Homes and their representatives throughout this ordeal. I have taken steps to escalate this matter to relevant authorities, including the Attorney General's Office, local Senators, and media outlets to address the injustices I have encountered.

I urge you to exercise caution and vigilance when engaging with Integrity Homes to avoid falling victim to similar predatory practices.

Integrity Homes did a beautiful job building our very first home and we’re thrilled to be living in Potomac Overlook. Paul and Will were straightforward and easy to work with right from the start. They communicated quickly and answered our questions honestly. The builders respected our requests when it came time for the walk throughs and everything we requested was fixed and handled very well! The National Harbor area is beautiful with a fun downtown, a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and conveniently located close to Alexandria and not far from DC proper. We love living here and are so thankful to Integrity Homes for building us a wonderful home!

Beware! We didn’t have a positive experience with the national harbor. Our townhome was beautiful on outside but we had several issues with the construction of the home. The water was awful - bad white residue. There were problems with drywall and leaks from the rooftop. The builder said these were all normal issues and we had to fix ourselves. We did but please know these homes were built way too fast! Also the HOA fees are convoluted and too high for what you get.

Buyer beware. Drive around... look at the landscaping... water leaks and poor ground prep. Sales guys are great! Once you're in the support is terrible. In my home, they changed the ceiling height in the lower bathroom and added headers on the main floor which shouldn't be there (I have the model so it should be the same).

Additionally, you are paying for 3 HOA dues that is in the fine print.
