Holland Homes was such a pleasure to work with when purchasing our first new construction home. The subdivision we chose actually ended up being the very first one I visited, and there was something about it that I immediately fell in love with. When I went to tour the model home, I was lucky enough to have Sawyer working there that day. He was able to show me several available homes and answered all the questions I had. He followed up with me via email before I even got back to Atlanta with a summary of all that we had toured that day.

When I brought my husband back down to tour the neighborhood and model homes, we were able to work with Sawyer again, and also had the pleasure of meeting Payton. Between the two of them, we had immediate and constant communication.
