Extremely unprofessional. I had an issue after a service call and called numerous times before I got a return call. They came back out and the issue was still not resolved. I got a call back after leaving another message and the lady spoke to me in a very loud tone. Clearly upset with me for calling again. I did not get a call before they came and she was rude to me about that as well.

We had an appointment and they never showed up. They called us an hour beforehand, saying that they'd be there in a little over an hour. We had to rush home so that we could let them in. They didn't show. Two hours later, we called them. We asked where they were. They apologized and said they'd be right there. They never showed up.
