I own a property management company and I’ve had multiple occasions trying to do business with them or jobs have been incompleted and are still incomplete and I’ve had to hire another plumbing contractor to finish the work. Inconsistencies with invoicing and then complete lack of communication multiple phone calls and emails and no communication back, definitely would not recommend this company or at least for somebody in a professional environment

Thursday night we realized our furnace quit working. My husband tried for hours to get it go to work with no avail. Friday St. Clair Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical came to the rescue! They went to Marshalltown to get the parts and stayed well past their closing time to get the parts put in and the furnace running!! They truly go above and beyond for their customers!! I can not thank them enough for their hard work and dedication!!

Have used St Clare's multiple times. All the work they've done for me has been quality work at a fair price. They seem responsive when you reach out to them more so than others and will continue to use them

Had a septic system installed and didn't do what was asked. Tore up more than was needed. Their equipment broke down. They put a hole in our brick where we didn't want it for an electrical line. And it looked terrible in the front yard with the access ports sticking up 2ft. When they were asked to change things they wouldn't do it. They also told us information contrary to the county inspector and code because they didn't want to do the work. They also did not follow OSHA bracing and shoring requirements for the excavation and it caved in.. We ended up redoing some of their work and had to clean up a huge mess.. Now with the cold during the winter one of the lines to the drainage field froze and backed up into the house. Which we also asked about freezing during the install, they said "it would be fine sewage doesn't freeze". BS. Do not use this terrible company. If you like to get bad service and poor quality work they will meet your expectations.
