This place is great for small-medium size businesses. There were previous complaints about HVAC issues, which have now been resolved. It did indeed take a long time to replace an outdated commercial system, but that is pretty normal I would expect. Managers did what they could to accommodate tenants during that period and now that it's fixed it works great. There's traditional office space, shared/virtual desk environments and lots of open collaborative space flanked by conference rooms. Until we outgrow the space we will continue to enjoy this open community atmosphere.

I love having our office here but for some reason they keep the temperature at 80 degrees with many complaining about it. If you rent your office here you'll have to constantly get up and turn the thermostat down. - original review

Since the previous review was posted the owner decided to single out my company and triple our rent. We asked other tenants if their rent had increased as well and they stated that their rent didn't change. This is bad business ethics and I wouldn't waste a second looking for office space at this location and its poor management.
