Michelle and her crew are very professional and communicates with you every step of the way. I had a new roof and gutters put on our home and what a fantastic job they did. Just had our hail damaged roofed replaced. First, my thanks to Glen for making the initial process of filing a claim with my insurance company incredibly easy. I have USAA and they too helped make the process easy. Glen has been great to work with thus far as he arranged the install and provided oversight throughout the project. The installation team arrived ahead of schedule and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 1 day. The roof looks fantastic! After the install I called Glen as I was concerned about one of our dormers. He reacted immediately and had one of the installers make some adjustment alleviate my concerns. If you have a question or concern about your roof, give Turco a call and ask for Glen…you won’t be disappointed!

The owner was very easy to work with (in the beginning). She helped me get the insurance to cover a claim they should have covered 2 years prior. The whole process took about a year to get my insurance to cut a check to replace my roof. When they finally paid, I couldn’t get her on the phone to schedule a time to replace it. So, to get it fixed before the next storm came, I went with another contractor who was responsive to my calls. She ended up putting a lien on my house for “labor” I owed her even though she didn’t end up doing the work. I will never use Turco again.

Had my roof replaced through my insurance company in 2016. I reached back out several months ago about leaks in the same areas that initiated the job in 2016. I kept getting voicemail and left messages . Several weeks later I was contacted by Glenn, who advised Michelle was having phone issues and that’s why it’s taken so long to reach out. I explained what was going on and sent pictures.I told him exactly what the claims adjuster found and said,which was my claim is denied due to already having paid for all vent replacements ,roof replacement and that they could call him, he would send them his pictures and what he found.He asked for the claim adjusters contact information, which I provided.He immediately sent back pictures of my invoice from 2016 where he circled vents that he says they did replace. I inquired if they could come look , he started with a reasonable time frame, shortly later in the conversation he switched to “his crew was out of town for 2 weeks “ and once they were back he would call n schedule a date to come out. That was the last I heard from Glenn or anyone from Turco and my messages went unanswered. I of course had to get another company to come out and provide an estimate for the repairs.They additionally suggested reaching out to Turco and that if it’s not covered under any warranty’s they should definitely recognize the “workmanship “ and make it right. I reached out again, sent the repair estimate and of course heard nothing. Horrible customer service and clearly won’t stand by their work .

Glen is the man to get the job done very polite very good customer service. When he said this what going to happen it’s was just like clockwork. Step by step until the job was done . Very smooth we love the outcome. Highly recommend Turco roofing. Way to go.
