David was a huge help to me. I had a developer who needed to get an easement across my property and I really had no idea how to respond. David reviewed the plans and then did a Teams call with me, sharing his screen as he talked through the scenario. He gave me good advice, very much appreciated.

I live in the city of Atlanta, mornigside. I used civilogistix because my attorney at the time recommend him. My next door neighbor was building this huge flowwell/pit on my property to collect watershed, and I wanted the neighbor to stop. Mr.White never came out to the property. Mr White sent Mr Buttram a gentleman right out of school, with no knowledge of watershed rules, or storm water management. (The rules in the city of Atlanta require you to build a pit 10 ft away from the property line.) The person Mr. White sent took pictures of the flow well, stood on it, and never in any part mentioned the flow well in his report. The reason I called Mr White because of the flow well construction . I wanted it stopped immediately. My attorney never sent a letter to the neighbor, and because of Mr.White and his incompetent report, which did not even mention the flow well. I have a huge massive pit in my yard that collects thousands of gallons of water from all the neighbors, from two to three homes upstream from me. Mr.White never once came out to the property. He should not be writing reports if he doesn't know rules , codes , regulations of storm water management. His knowledge is limited to pulling up permits and taking pictures. He did not address the main reason I called him. His report is also poorly written did not acknowledge all the code violations besides the flow well, because he does not know city codes that protect homeowners. Anyone can take pictures and pull up permits. Now because of Mr.White my home is condemned with overflow of water from the massive pit created by my neighbor. I can not use my garage or basement thanks to this company who does not even recognize a large pit in the middle of my property.
