One City is located in the outskirts of Rohtak city and is a new residential township.
Most of the part is still under development
However, parks and other public utilities are maintained well for existing residents

The only downside is narrow spacing of roads which could have been improved by reducing the size of gardens instead

Its a good place. As it is little away from main city. Less noise calm surroundings. Green place to live. Little unclean due to construction work going on.
All over its very good.

Being away from core of the city is good in this covid-19 time preferably.

Still a developing colony, with adequate parks and greenery. Looks promising, but little early to say. Nearby a petrol pump having CNG, so lots of vehicles waiting to be refuelled outside the main gate.

I won't say excellent location but definitely it is good location wating from few last year to get noticed . Now people has realized it could be the best after suncity.
Prices are already goes up in suncity and other rohtak sector . But in one city still prices are within reachable limit. And highly possibility one city will compete sun city wrt price . One of the best investment option as well as residential option in Rohtak. Very good connected to Gohana and Jind Road. Near about 100 family are residing and lots of construction activities are going on .
Few cons are : Connectivity from Jind road is not proper ,there is huge HUDA ground used for "Pashu Mela"

Everything appears to be nice like its roads, parks and other amenities. However, what I feel is that if its entrance is like Suncity or Omaxe, it can be more attractive.
