We have used 4 Architecture firms in the past, with SketchHaus providing better service and response times at 1/5th of the cost.

-At the start of our project, we did not have drawings of my 1700 sf shop. SketchHaus uses a 360-degree floor plan scanner that provides detailed measurements and dimensions of the interior and exterior of your structure.

-Upon receipt of our floor plans and as-is Dimensions we were assigned Libby as our Architect.

-Libby is/was very easy to work with, courteous, listens, asked many questions, and sought feedback to make my new shop design uniquely my own. Libby provided drafts for my review and was very responsive to my emails and phone calls, quickly incorporating design changes.

- Most of all I appreciated her coaching and the ideas she provided that I did not take into consideration.

-we have 6 more projects in our development and will SketchHaus!

Great company and great concept with a flat fee price model. Getting design and drawings from Richard and his team allowed me to compare contractors apples to apples. For once I felt like I had the power when dealing with contractors and builders. Would highly recommend to any homeowner who is thinking about renovating or adding room/space to their home.
