I toured Windsor Parkview apartments this week. Leandra was the leasing agent who provided all critical information and showed me around the property. I couldn’t be more impressed with Leandra’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help me, a potential future resident. She was also very personable and friendly and went above and beyond to provide information about this and other Windsor properties in the area, plus the walkability to shops and retail stores, etc., in each case. I was also pleased with the apartment I viewed on this tour. I found it to have many appealing features, which will be crucial in my decision-making process going forward. I highly recommend both the Windsor properties and their leasing staff.

I love it here! First of all let me say Mike in the leasing office was very instrumental in my decision to move here. He was very welcoming and patient with my two visits and showing me various apartment options. And the level of service has not changed once I moved in. The location is great even though the restaurants are busy in the evening my apartment is very quiet. The property has great amenities and my apartment is very spacious and up to date. The maintenance team is on the ball and things get repaired within 1 day. Leslie in maintenance was helpful in assisting me with some furniture I had to move in. Highly recommended to move here.

Working with Michael Alford was such an outstanding experience. He and his team were professional, experienced, and genuinely caring about helping me. They always responded quickly to my questions and were patient through every step of the process. When faced with unexpected issues Agent Jessica handled them calmly and kept things moving forward. Mr.Charles on the maintenance team is quick to come to us if we have any problems and fix all the equipment issues in our room.
Mr.Michael on the leasing office team is also quick to respond! He is the reason we chose this apartment. I love this great team!

I absolutely love Windsor at Parkview. The office staff is the best. I appreciate the good customer service friendly atmosphere and the upkeep of the building is impeccable. My stay here has been great thank you to the maintenance team as well. I definitely would recommend Windsor at Parkview, Jessica, Michael, and Stephen. It has been a pleasure

Lived here for only 10 months when I first moved to Atlanta, and I really enjoyed it! Our unit was spacious, open, and bright. The staff were always helpful and timely with any questions or issues. Access to the Chamblee rail trail and Keswick park is a great perk, especially if you have a dog. The resident events were always nice. Knocking off a star for the parking gate being broken for most of my lease and some of the amenities could use a little more maintenance and updating. Overall would recommend!

I have to say: I had one of the best apartment touring experiences ever here at Windsor. I've been living in the Chamblee/Brookhaven area for a few years now, and I love the area so when I came to Windsor Parkview, my expectations were high, but they were definitely exceeded by having leasing consultant Michael's help and guidance through everything. He was there every step of the way, making sure I had everything I needed, and keeping me updated on any info that might make looking for a fit easier, not to mention constantly keeping in contact and addressing my questions.

That's a rare find in today's day and age. I truly feel so excited and lucky to have had him as a guide through this process.

What can I say, hands down best service and location in town. Michael our leasing agent was phenomenal. We didn’t have an appointment, walked in and he was immediately ready to help. He didn’t ask the usual question that other places ask,” do you have an appointment, if not we may not be able to show you anything”. Needless to say he took us on a tour with no hesitation, showed us the community and gave us the run down of all things Windsor. We loved the apartment, amenities and did a look and lease the same day. After countless hours of researching and visiting other communities, we knew we landed at the last place we needed to tour. The move in process and information was easy to follow and get through. I would recommend this place to anyone and thanks to Michael we can now call Windsor Parkview home! Thanks Again..
