Money focused group.. the rooms are like match box .. 1100 sq ft. Are you crazy ? The floor choice won’t be given until some other buyers put a higher price .. lol

Location looks promising and this project from Brigade has one of the highest CA to SBA ratio amongst all their projects. Keerthi from the Brigade sales team did a great job explaining us about the project and he gave us a thorough insight into what the project would look like upon completion. Engagement with the CRM team has also been smooth until now.

Very nice plan of the project. Project development started already. Price of the apartment is on the higher side but as is the rate higher in this growing area. Close proximity to all major landmarks. Metro is going to come as close as 2 km, so a good investment for time to come.

It’s located in Industrial area. The chimney of the industry is next to phase 2 of Brigade Calista. Waking up with black smoke is serious health hazard posting pics taken at 7:00 AM in the morning
