This is the truth of this builder's previous project. continues water leaking from foundation to nearby farmers land, damaging their crops.
visit ananta lifestyle, flats have cracks, not just walls, pillar structure in my flat has cracks.
Builder made false promises while selling, promised Gazebo on terrace and gas censors in kitchen which are still no where and it is already 3 years now.
project lacks NOCs from fire department, pollution control board and banks for the loan taken by builder on the lawn land.
the list is long and space is limited. visit ananta lifestyle for a reality check.
above all after multiple attempts and requests made to the builder no work has been done and affected residents have been ignored competely.. Dont know about others but I regret my decision whole heartedly.

Very poor construction in previous project. No NOCs has been submitted yet. Society is in a very miserable condition. No promise was fulfilled. Everything was told as a lie. No work was done as per the sample flat that was shown.

Here are the pictures of my flat from this builders previous project. The condition of the entire society is pathetic. Think wisely before making your decision. Not satisfied with M/s A. V. infratech construction work.

Be cautious; the decision is yours. Ananta Lifestyle, another project by this builder delivered two years ago, still faces issues. We lack even an online platform to recharge our electricity backup, not to mention other essential amenities needed to run the society smoothly. This new project is near Airport Lights, so I recommend visiting to see the reality for yourself. I hope this helps you make an informed decision.

Be careful, decision is yours. Ananta Lifestyle is another project delivered by builder 2 years back. We are still struggling. We don't even have an online platform to recharge our electricity backup. Let alone other important things required to run the society. This project is just nearby Airport Lights. Visit the project and see reality for your self. I hope that will help you making a better decision.

An excellent property which has all the things I wanted. Hotel Raddison a few meters away with the airport close by. The proposed Tricity Metro is planned at walking distance. To top it all, the best feature is the privacy one can have, with no other property or apartment looking/peeping into yours. Well ventilated and ample sunlight. Balconies are spacious for a get-together in the evening.
The staff is amazing and professional. Karanveer Singh was thorough. He introduced and explained the features very well and answered all my queries meticulously. The financials were taken care of by Sunpreet & Priyanka. They are two highly professional individuals who ensured that the financials were customer centric and am able to manage my funds as per my convenience. Their assurance on every aspect is heart warming.
I would highly recommend everyone to view this property before you decide on any in this area.

Before viewing and buying the Ananta aspire flat please check the status of previous Ananta project (Ananta Lifestyle) delivered by the builder just only 2 years ago, so that you will not have any regrets in future. None of the promises made by the builder were fulfilled. Quality of material used was substandered and construction was very poor. Not at all as per the sample flat shown. All the positive reviews posted are paid & fake and by the known and the office staff.

Prices are highly inflated for the location. You can find better properties on PR7 road at a cheaper rate than investing in this Narrow fronted property which has an entry from a service lane that too on patiala road.
