We had the opportunity to work with Molly and Katelyn (closing coordinator) twice now! We first worked with them on the purchase of our home in 2020. We bought in a new build community and we're relocating from WI to GA. They ensured everything was seamless for us!

Fast forward to 2024 and we decided it was time to purchase land to build our forever home and to sell our current house. We reached out to Molly who immediately jumped into action. She helped us find a realtor that could best help us for where we were looking to buy. She also came out to our house to see all the updates we had done and to talk about listing. We all agreed that we wanted to take advantage of listing right after spring break in Gwinnett County.
