I am a subcontractor I own M&M cabinets of Atlanta, LLC I worked on 13 units at Riley place in Dawsonville which is one of their projects and did repairs on 10 other units. They owe me little over 242K, which they are refusing to pay. We have place a lien on the 23 units that we have worked on. It seems like this is what they do hire small companies and make them to provide the materials do the work and in order to get paid make you sign a lien waiver and don’t pay.
We have started a RICO violation investigation. Please go to Dawson County Sheriffs office and report them. One of the case numbers is 20241929.
