I purchased 3bhk flat in houdini. Sales executives and overall experience is good. Here are the pros and cons I found:
Pros:
1. Red brick construction and project quality is good. They are using all jaguar and aashrivad brands for plumbing and finolex brand wiring for electrical.
2. During the construction process if you ask for any modifications, they are doing it.
3. Tower to tower space and car parking basements are well planned.
4. Lot of space left for greenery and walking track.
5. Dmart, ratnadeep and other brand stores are with in 2km range.
6. Schools, hospitals, temples, 4km from ORR and transportation is near by.

Cons:
1. Swimming pool is pretty small
2.. Clubhouse also not that great.. Atleast I didn't understand the floor plan.
3. 16km far from financial district.
4. Entrance road is narrow.

Nice place and location to get a new flat. You can visit the site and have an idea of how spacious the flat will be and what location it will be at. Also, there are number of options for 2 bhk and 3 bhk, you can book as per your requirement. Also you can negotiate on the facing direction of the flat if you would like east facing etc.

It's quite a good option but you can explore other options as well. You should not restrict to this one only. Also, the interiors are very nice and you can request for the same if you like.

This is a good quality construction and Vaishnavi has been consistently delivering only good projects since they started. I have met Vignesh, who is the sales representative there. He was excellent with his knowledge on the project, he answered all our queries patiently and more importantly he was one of the most genuine sales person i came across. No pushing, no marketing jargon, no multiple pings/calls. I wish both Vaishnavi and team (Vignesh) the very best for all their future projects.

Worst response once you book flat. Especially from Gopi. Worst experience with unprofessional but attitude ka baaps.
