I am very happy that we chose Jodi to work with to buy our first home. We talked to several agents when we moved to Georgia, and Jodi really stood out when it came to her knowledge, experience, and confidence.

We looked at homes off and on over a period of two years, and she would check in every once in awhile without being overbearing. Once we got to the point we were making offers, Jodi established lines of communication with the listing agent and really advocated for us and our offer. She challenged us a bit to see things from a different perspective at times, but was never pushy. Jodi provided great recommendations for lenders, inspectors, etc. and conducted her business with a lot of integrity. We had a unique situation come up around closing, and Jodi immediately coordinated with all parties to take additional steps to make sure we closed on time.
