Great apartment community! Always quiet! A little strange to see the owner cleaning empty apartments and cutting the grass himself sometimes, but he is an older, thrifty man and you adjust to it quickly. Our unit backs up to the Forrest and I get great pictures of deer, opossum, raccoons, and armadillos.
