Worst experience till now.
No site visit. Whenever I asked about it they said due construction no one is allowed.
After July didn't received any update.
Asked for photos of of booked flat but didn't received till now.
Had paid the amount whatever asked till now but today I received the request of payment again of 482000rs and they said in mail it's pending from last 584 days.
I don't get how the hell they did this it's a big blunder.

Dear Fellow Flat Buyers,
I wanted to share my experience with Godrej as I believe it’s important for us to stay informed. I’ve been facing numerous issues with them, including continuous delays in possession dates and a lack of communication regarding property visits. The only updates we receive are either through our relationship manager or the GPL app, which hasn’t been updated since July 2024.

I feel deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the commitment and transparency. It’s disheartening to feel that our hard-earned money might have been invested in the wrong place. If anyone else is facing similar issues or has any insights, please share your thoughts.

It may be a good project , I dont know since I have not got the possession yet however the sales person makes false commitments, the seniors have no clue of whats happening. They just keep shifting possession dates. They tell lies, when they talk they think customer is a fool and they just go round and round about things. Horrible experience with the staff. If you are looking for good experience, this is not the place. The amount that you will end up saving because of the low price, you will spend much more in paying ur rents as GPL never sticks to commitments.

they are 3rd grade cheats basically....sales and CRM staff are professionally trained liars. promised possession in Dec 23 and now it will be given in Dec 24, after taking more than 90% payment by Oct 23. Consult your lawyers before dealing with any builder.

Low grade glass, windows, balcony. Glasses falling off.
No parking space provided by flat owners
Handover not done Properly, creating issues for customers
