Hiring Ferrara IT was the best decisions I made all year! Not only is this team responsive and knowledgeable, but they are the only IT partner I have hired that proactively is looking out for my company. Every IT vendor I have ever worked with is just reactive and answers my employee's support tickets, but NOT Ferrara IT! I can not recommend speaking with Frank and his team enough.

We were referred to Ferrara IT Services from another one of their happy customers. Our systems were very slow and we had many issues with viruses. After one onsite visit they permanently fixed all of our virus issues and provided a plan to fix the slowness of our systems. Ferrara IT quickly resolved our performance issues, created a backup plan, secured our network, and helped us develop an IT plan for the future. They even manage all of our IT related vendors (Internet, Copier, Phone, etc.) and oversee those projects to ensure we get the most value from our vendors. Frank, the owner and his staff are very responsive, easy to work with and give honest advice. I strongly recommend Ferrara IT Services to any business looking to get the most from their IT spend.”

Frank and his team at Ferrara IT continue to go above and beyond for my company. The continued efforts and long hours put in to ensure that our needs are met are greatly appreciated. Frank works with well known and reputable contractors in the Philadelphia area and goes out of his way to make sure that you needs are met, even if that means finding a new vendor or contractor. Over the last few months our IT needs have been fairy drastic and vast, Frank (and his team) have met every challenge head on and have always come up with more than 1 solution to all of our problems / issues. If you take away anything this this review; it should be that Frank operates his business for his clients, with hard, genuine and honest work.
