Very good sociaty on National Highway 24, The location is very good and also market is good, all things avaliable in market. Security is also very good. the best thing is it is Located just adjacent to NH 24.

Skardi Greens Golf link on NH24…..now directly connected with Delhi …. While coming one can take Meerut highway fr Nizamuddin to hv an easy ride to Skardi gardens …..& straight drive will take one to Hapur…..attended wonderful meeting with ISCON Swamis, Bhaktas, & followers at Club house Skardi Greens….

Project is very nice that attracts people to purchase the flat but the behaviour of the employees at the time of deliver the property becomes totally changed from the time of booking. They always ignore the costumer's queries, may be because of they think that this costumer now no more beneficial for Skardi as he has already purchased the flat. I am very sorry to name one of the very irresponsible employee that is the CRM.

It's a decent place to stay.

Pros:
====
1. Maintenance is good. Daily cleaning of corridors and lifts happen.
2. Lifts are very fast compared to other flats. Plus both the lifts are connected so only one lift would be called not both. This saves lot of time
3. RCC construction. Paint have not come off even after 5 years.
4. Good Club facilities. Gym, Table tennis and snooker tables are installed.

Cons:

1. No RWA is formed till now.
2. Guards and not professional. This is because RWA is not formed.
3. Since RWA is not formed so the maintenance staff is sometimes casual.
4. Biggest problem is that the parking is very narrow and at some places it is one way only. Though proper mirrors are installed but still lot of work is needed in that front.
5. Not much greenery in the campus.
I have not stayed in here but went to see a flat for rent .

I have been staying here since Feb'18.

Please dont go by all the negative comment here. Very well maintained society. Builder gave me flat within 2 years when only 4 stories were constructed when i initially booked. RCC structure which is very strong and hard to find in this price bracket.

PS. Phase II has also been delivered on time. Price still competitive compared to other society in the Golf Link area.

For 800-900 flats only 4 guests car parking.
No specific rules for outside workers/ maids/ vendors. Positive things construction quality is good and this is situated right on 14 lane highway (DME+NH24)

Don't book any flat here,Its a trap. They are fraud and cheater never give what they say . All positive reviews are fake. They give you discount but when you go for BBA they will increase 3-4 lakhs. And they will eat your booking money.
After that nobody will listen.

Total fraud builder and agent. Society is congested and high price in that area. Give money to them at your own risk.
