Our experience with Austin was great! He was a wonderful agent to have as a first time homebuyer and answered any and all questions we had throughout the process and was very knowledgeable. We had been through a few different agents before we found Austin, and none were as personable or professional as him. Quite a few suggested we look way further out than we wanted to be as there would be “nothing good in our price range” but Austin was able to find our needle in the haystack and we couldn’t be happier in our new home.

I did not feel valued within this transaction. A mentor assigned to work with my rookie realtor hijacked the transaction Leaving me feeling underrepresented. Based on certain actions it felt like the seller had their agent and MY agent working for their interests.
Austin (broker) called me as deal was in jeopardy but it was clear he felt his agent acted appropriately [ I consulted other brokers and and an attorney to explain the situation none felt it was handled correctly] Austin was completely tone deaf and discourteous asking me redundant sarcastic questions. He then offered me to “handle” the transaction himself; so I asked where would this leave my agent who had put in tremendous effort? No response, so I refused the “help” David however was tenacious respectful and never let his need to close a deal get in the way of doing right thing by the client. My agent was the least experienced but demonstrated the most professionalism and EQ.
