Heartbreaking is an understatement!! Throughout my 2.5 year battle with C. W. Williams Homes, facts have proven that my new build issues would not exist had proper construction and permits been provided prior to occupancy. According to the State of Georgia, I have the right of enjoyment of my home. However, not being as educated as I am today about C. W. Williams Homes cheap building practices has prevented my ability to full usage of my property. Unbeknownst, C. W. Williams Homes inept construction policies and procedures do NOT meet mandatory building codes. The primary question remains: How does City Of Perry Building Code Officials approve homes for occupancy that do NOT meet mandatory building codes? The answer still lingers with numerous homeowners unaware of this fact.

My family and I walked innocently into a long-standing nightmare. Hiring a licensed engineer (a year after closing) provided scientific facts that the measures needed to resolve my current issues should have been done during the construction phase of my home.

Do NOT be fooled by these positive reviews!! Many positive reviews came about after stories aired of C. W. Williams cutting corners and cost while homeowners are suffering in silence.

PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! This tragedy is by far much bigger than my individual home. Expect the bare minimum to be offered as a resolution. Please do yourself a favor by finding a contractor with ethical business practices so you don't have to fight for what is right.

I was looking for a new home over the last 6 months and was very impressed with C.W. Williams build quality and floor plans. Chase and team were always prompt with their responses from me or my realtor. During the walk through I was amazed at craftsmanship and warranty discussions were thoroughly explained. If you are looking for a new build, I would highly recommend looking at a C.W. Williams home.
