When my tenants moved out and left the property damaged, I can’t even imagine handling the process on my own—assessing the damages, getting estimates, coordinating repairs, and recovering costs would have been overwhelming. Thankfully, Sentinel took care of everything efficiently and professionally.

Initially, I was unsure if hiring a property management company was worth the cost, but now I am beyond thankful that I made that decision! This is the worst company to rent from. If I could have give no stars I would’ve.I writing the review on behalf of my now wife. Surprise inspections,24 hours notice when owner is in town, charges for normal rental wear and tear. Purchase and replacement of smoke detector batteries, oven light bulb, and hall ac filter. trimming hedges, yard cleanup after we paid to have these thing done before move out. Purchase and replacement of several broken blinds throughout home, and repair of several broken cabinet doors. They do the inspection after you move out so you don’t have a chance to see what they’re talking about.
