I started out being very impressed with how prompt and professional they were. But then when we got to the finished project and my retaining wall has cracks in it where it was not sealed at all, they charged us almost $1000.00 for "filler rock" that we got none of and now they will not respond to my emails or phone calls.....well that says it all really. That's not even getting started with the mess that was left. They left a gaping hole in our fence that the neighbors dogs could come in and out of, we had to rig that up until I could get out there to set a new pole, you can see how crooked the one they "reinstalled" was. When you pay as much as we did for this wall and to see the shoddy work that was left behind, I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason. I would rather they simply said they did not have the time or we're not interested in the job. Now I am having to pay someone else more money to come fix and complete their screw up.

This company was hired to redo a retaining wall for a friend of mine and instead it looks like the hired fredy kruger to give this nice lady’s land a facial. They butchered this retaining wall. and then when asked to fix it, they acted completely ignorant on the matter and did a preschoolers fingerprinting’s job of fixing it. I wouldn’t not ever recommend this company for any kind of work.

I don’t necessarily accredit this company as being fully at at fault, I hold my rental’s property managers more so at fault for using this vendor for a job they seemed unequipped to fix. They did however take a very long time to send the estimate to the property managers for an active leak and mold growth within the home (of a pregnant woman might I add) and failed to fix the leak and fully remove the mold after two attempts. Both teams did seem rather unprofessional as they left equipment and then showed unprepared (and in crocs?) the second time. I did not cuss or have a tone with the construction company, just simply stated we would be seeking another vendor because it didn’t seem that they to knew what they were doing in regards to this issue and we didn’t feel they were professional, with given the examples. I voiced to the second team that whatever they needed that we had that they didn’t bring was at their disposal (trash bags, towels, buckets). Unfortunately, our property managers insisted we use this vendor. We called to reschedule and the operator said due to my bad attitude they will not service the home until we move out. There’s been mold an a leak for a month now, Im pregnant, the property managers provide next to no information, and the construction company has failed to fix the issue on two attempts? I feel my frustration and my observation of this company being unequipped to handle this job is valid, but the operator stated that maybe when we are forced to move out and can’t find a place to live, we will learn how to talk to people, another point of poor professionalism.
