Steve and Samantha with SOA were instrumental in the opening of our business! They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They helped us work through zoning and permitting, talked us through each step, met in person to discuss design ideas, and Steve personally handled conversations with our city officials to make our space work for us and comply with their regulations (as well as provided proper plans). Sam replied to every single email and call timely and efficiently! On top of that, they are just wonderful human beings with a passion for what they do and an obvious love for their clients. 10/10 would recommend!

We were in a bit of a bind, and Steve literally dropped what he was doing and came to our rescue. He quickly drove to our site, which was about 100 miles away and did the necessary on site work to allow him to proceed. In a word, his work and attention to details were extraordinary.
