My finance called to make an appointment on October 3rd they asked if we wanted to make it an emergency we said yes. The next day we called and they had no appointment down for us, they told us they were sorry & they would call us back with a new day and time. They never did, it’s October 8th today and I called and spoke with Dallas. He informed me that I need to find another company because nobody wants to take the time out to come out and deal with it. After we’ve already spent 12,000 with them a few months ago. This is how they treat their returning and paying customers

Izaak went above & beyond to help myself (an insurance agent) and a customer who really needed fast response & someone to understand the need for their house. Izaak came out just an hour after the initial call, got all his people out there and even helped with local connections. The customers felt heard and taken care of after Izaak came to see them. After that, the customers needed a second look at their house, Izaak sent Charles out. The same thing happened. Above & beyond service, fast response times and visits to see the damage. I highly recommend ServPro & Izaak & Charles!

ServPro handled the aftermath of a burst sprinkler pipe in our condo. They were out the same night and in contact with us daily working to pull out water damaged materials. Decker Baldwin was always available when we called or texted and was incredibly helpful in explaining the process and next steps. Hopefully we never have to use their services again because of a disaster, but would not hesitate to call them if needed.

The response time was quick and the assessment was quick as well and very professional and informing us of our situation and the remedy for it .
They were a smooth - running and well coordinated team that were efficient and responsive to our needs during their work at our office . When they were finished after 5 days the work areas were clean and ready for the next day and the next group of workers to arrive .

We are so very grateful to Charles Head who answered our call for help. He and a team including Joey, Reagan, Alberto and Bruce were exceptionally kind and responsive providing Efficient and effective professional restoration services within a day and in time to create a healthy environment for healing. Our family had an emergency that needed immediate attention to help a son who lives in Alabama and we live in Texas. He has been recovering from an auto accident resulting in multiple surgeries and considered disabled. He strives to live independently yet has had several falls and sustained injuries that sent him to the hospital and we did not know until 4 days later. We discovered that his two dogs created a very challenging situation that looked disastrous. Yet, the ServPro team compassionately and competently provided a miracle environment to help our son heal better. We are eternally grateful and we join the others who give a 5 Star rating.
