Ray came out to deal with two toilets that wouldn't flush. He did a killer job of taking care of a clog caused by "flushable wipes." Note - WE don't flush wipes but clearly have visitors who do. Anyway, my husband and I liked Ray immediately. He took care of our issues and was a joy to have around in such a sh!tty situation.
