Our crawlspace encapsulation was completed in a timely fashion with the highest level of professionalism and workmanship. The DryTec team also installed structural supports underneath our home to successfully correct minor settling issues, and the resulting improvements were immediately noticeable. Communications were transparent, and John kept us apprised of his team's progress every step of the way. These guys know their way around a crawlspace, and their experience is evidenced by the results they deliver. And unlike the all the bigger names in the business that everyone's familiar with, DryTec won't try to sell you something if you don't need it. Highly recommended.

I called DryTec because I believed I had some foundation issues at my mother's house that needed to be addressed. John came out to assess the issues; he was incredibly honest and straightforward. Told me that it was all stable and normal settling and that I didn't need to have any foundation work done. He recommended that I hire a structural engineer just to confirm, which I will be doing. John was not interested in scaring me out of my money, which I know is a very popular tactic for some foundation companies. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and his time. Will definitely be using his services in the future should I need them. I will also be recommending his company to anyone within earshot.

DryTec is the only company in the Tristate area that anyone should be using. No overhead of a large, too-many employee company, which allows for a quote HALF the price of Chattanooga area companies quoted me. Work was done quickly, expertly and professionally. Clear communication across the entire process of what to expect as they went. They removed all soiled insulation and old plastics, sprayed microbial growth, dug trenches, installed a sump pump and laid down thicker plastic along length of crawlspace.
Also, while at my residence, they noted a very unstable set of aging wooden stairs. They offered to build a safer stair set with a handrail for the cost of materials and a minimum hourly rate. When completed, my wife saw the stairs and said "Holy sh!t b@lls, that looks great!!!" I challenge anyone reading this review to tell me of a time that a company had a bigger impact on their home than DryTec made on mine!

Water kept coming into our basement when the ground was super saturated plus a heavy rain. AFS came out, barely inspecting anything, and said our only option was a whole drainage system and quoted us a ton of money for it. My husband and I decided to get a second opinion from DryTec. John came out, explained everything fully, did a more thorough inspection than the other company, and gave us a few options for solutions that were actually affordable. We decided to go with a sump pump installation and epoxy. The work was well done, everyone was very nice and easy to work with, and we have not had a single problem since installation in December. I have waited a few months to post a review because I wanted to see how well all this rain would stay out of the basement, and there has not been a single drop to get inside. DryTec did an awesome job, fixed our problem, and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend.

Our experience with DryTec was phenomenal from beginning to end. This is our first house with a crawl space, and John took his time to explain all of the proposed processes in great detail. We required mold remediation, waterproofing, a humidifier, and additional floor supports and jacks. We felt like we were in good hands, and the Team did not disappoint.

The installation team led by Brian presented themselves with the utmost professionalism and took obvious pride in their work.
