My family and I have lived in one of their rental spots for awhile now (I think we’re coming up on our 4th or 5th renewal) and we’ve always had a great experience. Corey with maintenance is great and always so nice and friendly when he comes by. Maintenance comes within 24-48 hours of putting in your maintenance request which is pretty quick. Mallory is super sweet and very responsive when we have questions or need something!

We rented a property with Augsburg Investments, and we really wish we had found a better place, especially for what they charged. The house and property were nice, if you don't include windows leaking into the house, having to get a maintenance man out there for everything, broken glass and MANY other dangerous items on the property, including rusted saw blades. It was VERY clear that they didn't inspect the exterior/yard well, AT ALL. They consistently make it clear that they simply DO NOT CARE, and are just out to take your money. They make it a pain to live there and to deal with them. Even after leaving this place, they continued to make it a battle to get our deposit back. We still haven't received our deposit, and can never get them to help, despite the many times we have contacted the company. You can annoy them all you want to, but it seems nothing will change.
Please do yourself a favor, and find something else. It looked nice and promising for me at first too, but it simply wasn't worth it.

I wish I could give zero stars! These people are very illegal, immoral, unethical, just plain stupid, even when confronted by multiple about how wrong they are. They make up new rules all the time that doesn’t make any sense, then enforce them without any warning. They steal your money then play dumb saying you owe more money. They tow your vehicle just because they don’t like it (my vehicle is nice, clean, legal, perfectly parked, operational, in my space or spaces). They enter your apartment anytime they want, unannounced, without any care if you’re sleeping, showering, or anything. They snoop through your utility bills and “disipline” you if not to their liking, even though you pay all your bills every single month. They don’t care about the good people and the homes those good people have been living in for so long. They are buying up nice properties and trashing them, kicking out great tenants (many who’ve been there for many many years), raising prices way past what it’s worth, and expect you to just pay it without a new lease, turning these nice properties into unsafe ghetto areas, and they don’t care about you! Awful, terrible, careless, wreckless, thieves, unethical, immoral, illegal, rude, obnoxious, invasion of privacy... I have absolutely NOTHING nice to say about them. Stay away from these people and their properties.

Sadly had to select a star. Beaware and stay away from these slum lords. Rented a trailer trailer from this realty company.that was not up to code. And was a fire hazard waiting to happen. Our dryer was constantly flipping breakers and cutting power off in the kitchen. You could not run the microwave and dryer at the same time had a professional come to look at the the problem and he said the outlet in the kitchen and dryer was running off the same circuit and that it was unsafe and was not suppose to be wired that way. Then they sent there repair man out who later called me and said everything was good I asked if he had a voltage meter to read the amps running through the wires he replied I'm looking at the wires and they are fine. But last time I checked you can not look with the human eye and see electicity running through a wire. Then the window units never worked half the time and would cut off. So the summer was torture we came out of the lease with in 6 months. All these people who have given these people positive reveiws are either employees relatives or freinds of the people who run this place. Oh and not to mention the infestation of roaches that came after moving in and also the roof was leaking and we would have black mold coming through the walls. And of course where the window units sat of course when it rainded the water would get in around the windows. And aslo the front door would have a water that would get in as well. Stay away far and I mean far away from here.

I have had the worst experience with this company since they bought out the apartment complex I live in. This coplex was the nicest in the city and it was ran by a woman named Betty who did a great job here for 20 years of her life, they bought it out and fired her without warning. I have had it with their games and their lies do not move here

Poor customer service in the office Mallory was a straight up witch they ran my credit without consent which was illegal and they also called my previous landlord without approval.i would not recommend this place to my worst enemies hopefully I will get a call from the owner to sort this out but the absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my life
