Paul Marduk is a knowledgeable, attentive and trustworthy individual. I felt comfortable working with him. When we asked for assistance in selling our home, he knew that the house needed prep work and suggested a list of tasks to get it ready for market. He had worked with a contractor so there was no need for me to track down someone to make the repairs. Looking back, I am sure the cost of repairs paid us back at least 5 fold.

When I contacted Paul with some question it would be rare for a response to be delayed by more than a few hours.
