If I could leave a zero I would. Because zero is exactly what I’m getting from the street department. We’re about to have a flood and I can’t reach anybody. I guess nobody shows up for work anymore.

If I could give a "ZERO", I would. These are bureaucratic criminals along with the entire "SLIP" staff and agency. It is absurd that they are forcing homeowners to pay at least $5000-$25,000 to pay for their defective lateral "Y's". Is this what resident homeowners get for all the outrageous taxes they pay to maintain infrastructures? I sold our home more than a year ago and moved out of the wretched state to much better conditions in Arizona, where freedom is cherished and the government takes responsibility for their actions, yet the dummies in Santa Barbara's government haven't even updated their real estate records to show we sold our home there. Pathetic, and God help those of you still living under the "One Party" state's corrupt systems, rules, regulations, and downright tyrannical control.

First of all they're just closed on Fridays. Guess city employees don't need to work a normal work week like the rest of us. Then on Monday I had to wait around for 10 min while three city employees chatted instead of helping the people at the desk. Apparently I can't get a permit for a moving pod in front of my house without my neighbors' written consent. The neighbors don't own the street. This policy makes no sense. Nor did they allow me to get a permit for across the street, where there is no house. Our tax dollars "hard at work"!

Ms. Debra Hammick who works for this organization is not helpful and left me stranded in New York. She promised me a paid trip back to California. Now she is not cooperating

Have provided water to our various residences 24/7 for the past 50 years. Not to be taken for granted.
