LOVE ACI! Ed is so easy to work with. I feel like he really looks out for his clients. So much so, that I’ve had them do two projects on my home.
The first was to replace my siding and install insulation along with painting my house. They did such a great job! I received compliments from many of my neighbors.
The second was to replace all of my windows. More compliments from my neighbors!
Both jobs were priced fairly and done in a more than reasonable amount of time. Really grateful I was referred to them!

We had been battling flooding in our downstairs whenever it rained hard. Winter of 22/23 finally finished us off and we needed a fix. We had not worked much with contractors in the past and were anticipating a much different experience than what we had. Ed Barba met with us about the water issues, provided his recommendations (french drains) and followed up with a reasonable fee estimate. He kept in contact prior to and throughout the job. Once they were finished, he even called us after the next few rains to make sure everything was dry!

There were a couple of small changes as the job progressed - some that cost a little and some that reduced the cost a little. In the end, we were invoiced exactly what was estimated on the front end. The crews were all very pleasant to work with and cleaned up at the end of each day. While they were here, they took care of a couple of other leak issues we had and checked out our roof to let us know that we still have some years left on it. They also took care of details we assumed we would need to handle.

We have now moved on to the next phase of work with ACI, which involves pouring concete, now that we know the french drains worked. Also, fixing up the downstairs space due to the water damage and updating other things in that space. When we met to discuss the flooring, Ed gave us great suggestions for the space and how we use it. Then he took us a previous job site to show us a couple of examples, which was really helpful to see. We are excited for the next phase and having our downstairs back and so much better than before.

We can't say enough good things about ACI Construction. Ed Barba and all of the people we worked with through ACI Construction have been amazing! They are pleasant, honest, hard working and genuinely care about their clients and their work product.

I would add photos - but pictures of french drains, once they are finished, don't look like much. They are hidden gems! When the downstairs is done, we'll post pictures of it and update how things went.
