We hired Masterful Construction to complete our home renovation. (They were referred to us by a colleague)
I interviewed 3 different companies and although they weren't the cheapest ones, i chose them cause I felt the most trustworthy and secure.
They were quick to begin the job and They are efficient and very neat, always leaving the site nice and clean.
The project has remained on budget ( we add some upgrades along the way ) Yuvi has gone above and beyond a few times for us, He is an energetic character and has proved to be a great problem solver.
Bottom line, we love our new kitchen and Master Bathroom!! we are very thankful for the team for their great service.

Dan gave us some wonderful design ideas.
Dan was our project manager, and he managed the process well.
as well as the office manager Serena, who was very knowledgeable.
The inspections always complete successfully and we accomplish the project in the exact time as promised even when some delays came because of the finish materials.
We were very happy with the craftsman they sent to our home and are very satisfied with the final project.

I absolutely love my bathroom addition! It involved putting in a new bathroom and closet on the second floor of an older 1 1/2 storey house - a fairly complex project! Dan and Rafael was wonderful to work with and had great suggestions. The plumbing and electrical trades were excellent. I am very happy with the end result. It is aesthetically pleasing and very functional!

We hired Masterful Construction in July 2024 for a kitchen and bath renovation in our home to start in 2025
Everyone we had interactions with, staff and suppliers, gave us a sense of confidence which is so important when taking on a significant project.

Our project took 4 months from start to finish and that is only because we ended up adding on to the initial project.
We found hidden issues once the demo started and Dan was right on top of it.
For a flooring and foundation problem Dan quickly brought their architect over to diagnose the issue and come up with a solution which put in motion within a few days – think about that, many other contractors would have taken the opportunity to deploy resources to another project citing the delay but that was not what happened to us.
The urgency that Dan brought to our project was impressive and appreciated.

The workers are true craftsmen who are meticulous, highly skilled, and hard-working men.
They were respectful, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home.

Communication from Masterful was very-good and they listened to us – not something that is commonly found in the contracting world. Everyone we communicated with listened to us and addressed our needs – so much so that there was not a punch list at the end of the project.
They just took care of everything in real time so there was nothing to go back and follow up on.

Pricing and payment terms were very fair.
We did get other proposals but felt that Masterful provided the best combination of professionalism, confidence, and value. We definitely made the right decision.

We love the final results of our renovation and the overall experience.
