It is no surprise David has been awarded the top agent on the coast for multiple years (in the top 1% of his peers). David is the consummate professional … likely the best agent/team I have worked with the past 20 years. Not only does he approach the process as a calm and collected partner in the process, he has an entire network of professionals he calls on when it comes to specialized inspections/assessments and in our case when we needed electricians, carpenters, flooring people after we bought our home. All of which work with him on both homes he sells and buys for his clients. Each of them have been as professional, considerate, and reasonable as David.
